The fact I will have to pay someone else to fix my truck makes it highly unlikely that I would recommend them to anyone.

The only reason I gave a 2 and not a 1 is because they did replace an emblem. The whole process was a disaster from the beginning. I used them because they were certified with my insurance company.

Also the only reason I gave it a two is Kim at the front desk was as helpful as she could be and very courteous, otherwise it would be 0 never received a call back when I was promised multiple times.

The communication could have been better. I had to call for updates on my vehicle when I was told I would get a phone call. I like getting the emails with the updates but it would be more helpful if these updates started earlier in the process. Everyone was super nice though.
