I was extremely impressed with everyone I came in contact with at Caliber Collision! The customer service was impeccable, the workers did an incredible job with my car and they truly went above and beyond with taking care of my vehicle. I appreciated the little extra things they did to make my car look great when I got it back!

Where to begin. Everyone from Kim (at the front desk) to the mechanics who worked on my car…thank you. The process was easy and seamless and the communication flawless. They kept me up-to-date on the repairs and my vehicle was actually completed earlier than originally quoted. I am totally satisfied…again thank you!

I had an awesome experience from start to finish. The receptionist Kim was very pleasant and greeted me with a smile, my estimator Gabe was amazing. Upon pick up Kim explained everything in detail and had a packet with all the information ready for me. The General Manager Paul took me out to get my vehicle and answered my questions. They went above and beyond for me because I forgot my home keys in the rental car. SMH! It was 5:27p (they close at 5:30p) when I realized it and called Caliber in hopes that someone would pick up. Paul picked up assured me they would wait for me. Kim and Paul greeted me with my home keys and smiles!! I have not had such a pleasant customer service experience in a long time and it made everything better!! I would strongly recommend them for your car care needs!!!! A 5 star experience!!

For all the females who are nervous or scared to go to a repair ship for over sell or whatever the case may be... this is the shop for you. Explains everything to the T & wasn't uncomfortable, even had a yummy popcorn machine if you had to wait!

All team members at caliber were friendly and helpful. And the work they did on my vehicle far exceeded my expectations! My vehicle was finished being repaired early and when I recieved it back it was cleaner than when I had dropped it off! And the repairs were perfect.
