Right from the front door, Kim made you feel welcome and comfortable. Your best first impression. Then a follow call after the car was checked to provide all info in an understandable manner, but very thorough. Updates were great. Car was complete with great work, perfect inside and out! Everyone was friendly. Impressive people !

I brought my vehicle in for repair to the body and fender on the drivers side of my car. I was worried that with my car being a 18 year old car that the paint correction would not match and I was surely pleased with their work. It looks brand new and the service I received with updates through calls and texts from Mike and Kim at the front desk. If I ever need any type of work in the future, it will be done with the professionals here at Caliber Collision.

Took almost an extra week (which I get that this stuff happens and it’s out of your control) but I had to call multiple times to find out when I could get my car back. The expected ready date went from Friday to the following Wednesday and it wasn’t until I!! Called on Wednesday that I found out the cause and that it would be another day before I got the car. On Thursday, I called again to get an estimated time it was ready and the manager said he’d call me back at 4. I had to call at 4:20 because I needed to know if I was picking it up that day as I live 30 mins away. The manager stated that he had forgotten to call me and it must have slipped his mind and then backtracked to say “oh actually I was just about to call you”. Finally picked it up Thursday, the car looked great. You just really need to work on communicating with your clients as I didn’t appreciate being dicked around for a week as I need my car to live (I had no groceries, was running out of food, and was stuck in my house for a week) I will not be returning and I will actively advise others not to go here.

My car looks brand new!! Everyone was very kind. The customer service was amazing. The receptionist Kim was very helpful. She kept me updated about all the work being done to my car. Overall I would recommend Caliber collision to others.

The staff was absolutely incredible. Kim was super helpful. I’ve never had to do anything like this before and they made the process so smooth! Loved the constant text updates, I knew my car was in good car! Definitely will be recommending them!

There was a mix up with the time of release of the vehicle which was quickly fixed in a timely fashion. Was alittle disappointed in this but happy it was resolved quickly and professionally.
