The whole process was smooth sailing. From the day I dropped my car off to the day I picked it up. Kim was very informational. And the guy who told me about the repairs (I think his name was Chris) was very informational and was genuine. Highly recommend!!

Gave the car back with several issues. Fixed a couple after another week. Then told my wife since it's a subaru he can't get the body panels to align. also can't remove some of the damage that was done during the accident. bolts are still left loose.

Excellent help from receptionist both over the phone and in person, quite informative and helpful. She is great Michael went over the car with me, marking the places damaged in the accident and explaining the process, including the probable timeliness. They kept me informed of the progress via text regularly.

An accident is always an inconvenience, but the staff at Caliber really make the repair experience as painless as possible. They truly take care of everything and keep you informed of the progress every step of the way. Everyone is friendly and knowledge and the repairs were done not only relatively quickly but also properly. Also, have to shout out Kim as she is particularly amazing.
