Overall I was very satisfied with Caliber Collision, it’s Progressive that I’m not very satisfied with trying to say that another dent on the driver side (same side as both of the deer hit) was unrelated to both accidents. Caliber Collision is already working on trying to get it sorted out with Progressive. Another reason I’m very satisfied with Caliber Collision!

I live an hour and a half away so it wouldn’t be ideal for most people but I would still suggest it and I will definitely be returning!

They were great from the first phone call I made to the last one. I had a problem with insurance fighting them on fixing one thing and they even started the fight for me with insurance and I finished it and I will be taking my truck back to get it fixed! Great people and professional service all around!

They did a great job and got it back to me quicker than estimated wait time! It’s in perfect condition, brand new like I bought it and they made the process easy and were open with communication with the entire process. I appreciate the effort to keep communication daily on any updates needed and the parts that needed to be replaced. I like the peace of mind knowing that it is driven prior to having it released back to customer and calibrated as well. I’m very pleased!!

Mike and his crew did a fantastic job on our car. The job was done with plenty of texts to let us know how things were progressing. The paint match looks super. Kim was very helpful and explained all..as did Mike. Great place.
