The service was excellent. This was for a lifetime warranty repair and the service was great. The repair was completed faster than I expected and looks better than it did the first time (from a different caliber)

My entire experience with Caliber Collision was first-class from start to finish. From the moment I entered the shop, Kim thoroughly reviewed all the necessary paperwork and in coordination with my insurance company made arrangements for a rental vehicle for my use. I then met with Brandon who assessed the damages to my vehicle and reviewed with me the repair process that would be entailed. During the repair process I received status updates. Then to my surprise I received a phone call that the repair work had been completed and my vehicle was ready to be picked up…which was much earlier than anticipated. The repair work done was superb and I am very pleased. Based on the above I would highly recommend Caliber Collision.
