I am pleased with the amount of time it took to repair my vehicle. I dropped it off on Wednesday it was ready on Monday, repaired and washed. Even some previous scratches had been touched up. This was not a part of the work request. I appreciate their attention to detail. Thank u. The team went above and beyond what I was expecting. I would definitely recommend Jenike and his team for any Collision work.

10/10 — Exceptional service from start to finish I can't say enough good things about this Caliber location. They guided me through every step of my insurance claim with USAA, which took a lot of stress off my plate. The team was friendly and courteous throughout. I'll admit I was nervous going in — I'd had a rough experience at a different Caliber Collision location in Carlsbad, CA, in the past. But this team completely turned that around. They were professional, listened carefully to everything I noted about the damage and the accident, and even caught additional issues I'd missed in my own assessment. They got me to the rental car location on time, and when the repair was finished, they even returned the rental car for me. It's rare to find a shop that handles every detail this well. Truly a top-to-bottom great experience.
