Disappointed that rental car was not handled by Travelers, which required me to cover $100 Security Deposit which I was unable to cover, and which left me carless for 3-4 days. Contingency of victim’s inability to cover security deposit for car rental is an issue for which Travelers may want to consider assistance.

i really don't know how great at repairs you are... since my car was totaled out by the insurance, i did not get to experience that. which means i can only recommend that the staff is friendly.

overall the people were friendly and helpful.the front desk people were wonderful and jorge was great in person. it may not be their fault, but it did take almost a week to get my photos uploaded and to progressive... i know there were alot of them, but that's all time i was spending in a rental car.
