Very professional environment and service. It's great that State Farm and Caliber seem to expect a high level of quality service and results to their clients. The completed job looks new. I expected some swirls in the paint job but you cannot even tell that the damage was there.

I would definitely recommend Caliber due to the quality of their workmanship and customer service. I did not get other estimates so I am not too sure but I would warn others that it may be quite expensive. You get what you pay for... I am very happy!

I have already sent in one review pertaining to my overall satisfaction with the quality of the repair and the teamwork between Caliber and State Farm. I would like to specifically say here that Mandy and Christopher delivered excellent customer service over and beyond. Mandy looked up information regarding my two claims and dealt with the insurance provider so I did not have to and could be reassured of my repair progress. Chris went over Calibers lifetime warranty and on the repair and paint finish and also informed me of how to go about calling Caliber in the event that there was some issue with anything that was done on my claim report. He assured me that they would be able to work it out with the insurance company. Great, no worry, service. Thank you!!!

First, the reception personnel was very courteous and kind in explaining the claim process from step one to the end. The process was clearly explained to us so that we felt relieved in dealing with dreamful collision collusion. The repair estimate was promptly given with details. The explanation was professionally clear and left no questions with us. Fortunately, the repair period was shorter than estimated as auto parts were readily available. The repaired car runs smoothly as it did before the crash. Finally, they made an effective rental car arrangement and we were very satisfied with it. It was excellent customer service!
