The staff was very friendly. The receptionist (sorry I forgot her name) was so helpful and courteous. George (Jorge), our advisor was excellent in explaining what the process will be. What I love about Caliber were daily updates in the morning. I knew what was happening to my car was day. Thank you, Caliber Collision.
