Raul and everyone else was very professional and very nice making my experience much easier. They even had my car done a day earlier than they had texted. The only hiccup in my whole experience was how long it took to get the authorization from main insurance between the time they gave me the estimate. American Family told me that by going to Caliber. My authorization would be done very quickly. Instead, it took a week.

The only thing Raul had to do was to call and I would have gotten the car two days earlier. According to him nobody was responding to him after 2 days I call and it was taking care right away. Raul was making all kinds of excuses when all he had to do was making a simple phone call

The staff was amazing and respectful! They answered all my questions that I have . & they kept me updated on the process of my car as it was being repair . I will bring my car back to them to be fix if I need to. Max was amazing and a great help

Good service, bad quality paint. The dent repair seems top notch, just not the paint.

There are paint drips on the door handle area. I contacted the body shop and will need to bring the car back in again to have them fix the issue.
