I really felt comfortable from start to finish. All communication was up front and thorough. I really appreciate Mandy and Jorge’s professionalism. Not one time did I ever feel like they were taking advantage of me unlike other business’s. If I ever need work done it’ll be with caliber!!!!

My service advisor, George Vivanco is easily the best of the best. He scheduled me in very quickly, ordered the passenger mirror for my 2025 Chevy Trax that morning. Explained the needed repair for my vandalized parking lot damaged mirror. Even had me driven back home too. Very fast repair and excellently done. Thank you George and Caliber Collision. I highly recommend them.

My Service Advisor, George Vivanco is truly the best of the best. He arranged my appointment very quickly upon arrival he explained the repair process of my vandalized Chevy Trax passenger mirror. Had it ordered immediately and updated me on the repair. The repair is excellent and I had my car back within days. He even had me driven home when I dropped it off too. Thanks to George, repair persons, and Caliber Collision. Highly recommended to all of Las Vegas.

George and team were all extremely nice. From the 1st day my car was brought into the shop from an accident, they communicated with me every step of the way.
