Our progressive insurance led us to Caliber Auto Body. The first day we met George he was very professional making sure we comfortable and our vehicle was in good hands . George was in contact the entire time and he made sure All needs were met with attention to detail. We are very happy and impressed by Caliber and team members were professionally qualified all went the extra mile making sure our Toyota FJ was clean everything was detailed give that fellow a raise. Jorge the collision estimater was very professional, courteous, patient, and very knowledgeable about estimates for body shop cars. He was constantly calling me to let me know how far the technician was and let me know what day/date it will be done. The car turned out immaculate. I was very pleased with the outcome. I recently got into an accident on March 16th, and it was honestly a terrible Monday morning, especially because it was my brand new 2026 Toyota Tundra. I was stressed and expecting to be without my truck for a long time, so getting it back by Tuesday, March 31st was way faster than I ever expected. From day one, Chris was amazing and kept me updated every step of the way, which really helped put my mind at ease. Mandy was incredibly kind and helpful, and Max, the manager, was awesome as well. You can really tell the entire staff cares about their customers and takes pride in what they do. When I got my truck back, I was beyond happy with the work. They did an amazing job and used all original OEM Toyota parts, and my truck looks just as good as the day I got it. After going through the stress of an accident, they made the whole process so much easier, and I truly appreciate everything they did for me. Highly recommend them to anyone who needs quality work and a team that genuinely cares.
