The staff was very pleasant and showed concern as a customer. Also explained what will be done as well as what also might need to be fixed without disassembling Pryor to removing any parts. This is the second time I've used Caliber. First time was to replace a stolen catalytic converter. This time was to have a "fender bender" repaired. In both instances I dealt with Lee Andersen. I was very impressed with Lee. The workmanship was excellent. Repairs were completed in less time than expected. I will definitely recommend Caliber to anyone needing their services.

My wheel lug nuts were missing (2 lock nuts) both were in the cup holder wirh the lock nut key. I also found a NEW scratch/ dent on the bumper. Where the repairs were made, it looked find however.
