My Experience

The repair was done well and I’m completely happy with the quality of the work. I do wish a little more communication would have happened about what was being done and not being done. It may be because of my ignorance on how insurance claims work. This was my first time using my insurance and I had two sets of damage on my car. I didn’t know the other dent wasn’t being fixed until I picked up the car. I could have came by and asked but I definitely expressed that I wanted to try to fix all dents. Overall I’m happy with the care and quality they took with my car but would have wished for more communication on the paperwork side.

They took good care of my car. I was told by Marc Paredes, if I had any problems to bring it back in to him. I have been concerned about taking it home that possibly, as time passes things could go wrong. It was my dad's car and its been perfect. Marc reassured me, they would take care of any problems.
