Overall, a great experience. The last Caliber Collision I went to in El Paso was horrible, so I was worried I’d run into the same issues again. Thankfully, this location was nothing like that. Everyone was very professional, friendly, and communicative throughout the process. Definitely a 10/10 experience — highly recommend.

Honestly, I did expect this "Caliber" of service! When I dropped off my vehicle, I was met by Gary who was friendly and ensured me that they would take good care of my repair. Caliber repaired my car in such a timely manner that I was caught off guard. A special shout-out to Corey who worked with me in returning my rental. JOB WELL DONE!!
