Caliber customer service is above the average Machanic shop, they went above and beyond to help get insurance squared away so my truck was able to get in an out in a timely matter which they did along with daily text messages keeping me fully updated every step of the way and even taking it a step further and staying later to accommodate pick up for me, the staff here is is simply amazing I will absolutely be going back anytime needed

They are polite and friendly. They did a great job walking me through the process. The paint job I will except. But it doesn’t quite match the rest of my paint on car. In the sunlight it’s off.
