I am hospitalized and have not seen my car yet, but I was very satisfied with the staff, Dariel in particular, who kept me informed during their progress in repairing my vehicle. My daughter, who picked up my car for me, said it looks great, so I am a very happy customer.

Car looks great. One concern is the way the bumper was pieced. I hope nothing lifts. Didn’t get to speak to the mechanic about this because I was in the hospital and did not pick up my car personally.

It was an amazing experience. First the insurance of the person who hit me, didnt set up the drop off correctly. Caliber fixed it without me having to worey about it. They estimated my car to be done by a week and it was completed within 4 days. Jimmy was the man who went over everything from start to finish. He was very direct and accommodating. So was the woman who first greeted me when I walked in and as I completed the paperwork. I will be recommending this establishment to anyone that needs repair work. Thank you!

Jimmy was great. He kept me updated through the process. It took a while for parts to come in, but he made sure my rental car was extended for me. Overall great experience and would come back. Hopefully I’ll never have to though!
