After my accident I wasn’t sure what place to take my car. I never had to do this before so I just took a chance with Caliber and what a fantastic decision. First the building grounds and interior were very well maintained and neat. First impressions count…I met Colleen and wow!! She knows her stuff about cars. She was so knowledgeable and courteous I felt completely relaxed and confident I was in the right place. They set up my rental and let me know every step along the way how the service was coming with my car. The work they did was top notch and the customer service impeccable. Thank you so very much for making this a pleasure instead of a nightmare. I will pass on my experience to anyone who needs a place to go with their car. Wonderful and helpful/friendly staff. Shoutout to Colleen for helping me with my bumper to replace and get it fixed and renewed. I had similar accidents before and it never cost so much money and time to repair. In addition, you guys didn’t fix the dent in the front I told you when I dropped off the car. Will never come back again.

The best shop I've ever been to. The work looks great, it was quick, and every person I delt with was friendly, and professional. Hope i dont get in any more accidents, but if I do (and I dont die) im bringing my car back there!
