The Caliber team was very professional keeping me apprised of the status of my repair. They went above and beyond to fix a sensor issue to return my vehicle to me as quickly as possible. They answered questions when I called and kept me up to date via text messages. USAA is well served by having them part of their network.

The staff were very professional with their knowledge of the work that needed to be done to my vehicle. Colleen and Sara were so pleasant the whole time during my ordeal. Colleen made sure that my vehicle would be repaired correctly and in a timely manner. I felt very assured dealing with her being in charge of my situation. What a great team!

I am very pleased with the work that was done to my car. They did a very professional job. The employees were so nice and informative. My car was done 3 days before it was estimated to be done. I would recommend Caliber Collision on New Falls Road, Levittown PA to anyone that needs body work done.

Setting up my appointment to drop my car off was very hard. The woman was very rude and wouldn’t let me speak. But once I got there they were very pleasant and informative. I’m glad I didn’t change plans because of one rude person. They were so nice and helpful once I got there.
