Got home, 1 hour + away from business, discovered back up camera not working. I had brought a friend to drive truck home and she didn't notice this. It was an inconvenience. However, once I called and took it back it, problem was fixed quickly.

I didn’t have good chemistry with the receptionist. It felt like her process and her computer were a challenge for her; I don’t like to speak negatively about people, but y’all asked. Her & I just didn’t communicate well… but, there’s always two sides to a coin, and I had been in a car wreck and was annoyed with the situation. It might not be her fault, and perhaps the “system”/computer were acting up.

From start to finish the entire staff did a great job. Cherish made the online paperwork process easy to understand so that I did not have to go out of my way to sign the paperwork in person. Noah was absolutely fantastic with keeping me informed and updated to every step of the repair process. He was also able to work with my schedule for picking up my vehicle when the repairs were complete.
