Very happy that they were able to fix the many dents in my Audi from hail damage, and I think the paint looks really good! I worked with Kasey and will say that she is very nice and quick to communicate. But still had/have several inconveniences/issues that aren't major but just seemed to add up. First issue was I approved a price to change out front headlights, the next day they called and the prices had rose an additional $400 per headlight, so we opted out of that. I just hate when the price given isn't the price later on. They later broke my windshield and contacted me to pay for their mistake, stating that they don't hold guarantees and these things can happen and it was on me to pay for their mistake. Luckily, it was only after I complained that this wasn't right, that they agreed to cover that cost. Still, was this just a test to see if I would actually pay it, to cover their mistake? Other small negatives, I was updated on a Tuesday that they were finishing up the car, and I would have it no later than Friday, that ended up being delayed to Monday. Not a huge deal but it would have been nice to stick to a timeline that they laid out. Later, I got called to pick up and they couldn't take cards that day, luckily, I had a check. Now that I have the car back, my rain sensing windshield wipers aren't working. I'm just going to go to Audi to see if it's an easy fix. Just constant small hits that take away from the project. I felt bad for Kasey because each time she reached out to update me on the car, it was just another apology for something that went wrong with the car. Not her fault, just happens and takes away from the job.
