From start to finish the entire staff did a great job. Cherish made the online paperwork process easy to understand so that I did not have to go out of my way to sign the paperwork in person. Noah was absolutely fantastic with keeping me informed and updated to every step of the repair process. He was also able to work with my schedule for picking up my vehicle when the repairs were complete.

I believe things were not checked throughly the first time and my concerns were not taken seriously. Things didn’t improve until I escalated the matter of my brakes.

My brakes are not working good since I picked up my car. I reported this to Noah and he was not helpful and said just drive it some more and they should work because it had been sitting. I’m now having to rent a car out of my own money. I’ve had to escalate this issue with the insurance company and your company. Noah was more helpful the second time I expressed my concerns.
