I do take issue with this being a "Final reminder", which is usually associated with an overdue bill. We have all been hampered by severe weather which takes priority over a survey. For the record, we took possession of our automobile yesterday, partly due to the weather and an unforseen issue with the onboard computor. Nothing that we hold against Caliber. Rob personally took controll of these issues to our great satifaction.
