I was greeted with smiles and when the car was completed I was the one who was leaving smiling. This is a great shop and they completed my car in a beyond timely manner with no issues. Thank you Jamie the manger, my service advisor Brittney and the two girls who worked the front desk. You guys turned a horrible situation ( a car accident and getting repairs on a vehicle ) into something that didn’t turn out to be an inconvenience.

Great communication throughout. Car was finished in half the expected time and under the estimate which was a wonderful surprise. This work was done on my brand new BMW which I'd only had for a week when the damage occurred. Car was returned fully detailed and looks beautiful 🤩. Everyone I interacted with was very friendly and helpful during a stressful time. Would highly recommend Caliber.
