The whole process was great. I never asked any questions because I was told everything before I could ask any questions. Wanda checked us in and made sure we were being taken care of through our process. Kara was the one I worked with the whole time and she was amazing. She never let me wonder what was going on. Kara consistently kept me up to date with everything even when I forgot they had my car. I love it when someone goes out of there way and I feel like she did. Jamie the manager even checked up to make sure there was no issues. I was told if I needed anything to just let him know. I’m trying not to leave anyone out. Buttttttt kuddos to the guys that made it really happen. I can’t even tell there was anything wrong with my daughter’s car. Marshall and whoever else had a hand in repairing her car did an outstanding job. Top notch work. I’ve been to Caliber before and never had a bad experience. Thank you for helping us.
