This was my second time into Caliber Collision within a month- not even two days after getting my car back from being fixed after hitting a coyote, I was rear ended. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 as the highest rating, I would rank the Caliber Collision shop in Logan, Utah as a 20. The office help were kind, understanding, & patience while they explained all the paperwork involved. They contacted me before I called them to explain what work had been done and what was planned for the next day. I have had little experience with car repairs from an accident but I know whom I would go to if something happened again. I was also impressed with the insurance company that had listed Caliber as their top choice. Having selected Caliber, it made me realize that State Farm was worth reviewing for my car insurance - their high quality standards were met and exceeded by the repair shop with whom they associate.
