I was very impressed with everyone with whom I interacted at Caliber Collision. The receptionist was very friendly and positive. The appraiser was very knowledgeable and thorough explaining what needed to be done. The finished job was beautiful. The job was completed very quickly. Also, Since the work was done during the COVID-19 outbreak, I appreciated each of your people were wearing face masks. Thanks for making this repair as painless as possible.

I am satisfied, however I did need to bring the car back in 2 times for minor workmanship issues: 1) Only 1 of 3 bolts were in each of the 2 door latches. 2) A bolt was sticking up on the front fender 1/2 inch. 3) Blinker light was not plugged in all the way causing it to not work. 4) Side mirror plastic was not properly snapped together, leaving a gap. I was able to fix this one Everything else is great.
