Everyone I spoke with was so helpful and kind. I cannot remember all of their names. You got my car in quickly, made arranging my rental pickup easy, and the frequent updates via call and text kept me from constantly calling for updates. I was shocked to hear my car was finished 9-10 days earlier than expected. Thank you for all your hard work, my car looks great!

I have already sent my brother-in-law there when his car got hit. There is another Caliber location less than 2 miles of my home, but I still choose to drive over 7 miles to this location. I will continue to recommend this location to others.

The lady in the office was nice but the boys that work there are stupid and rude
