It was very pleasant from the time I dropped my car off all the way to when I picked it up ... until I saw the back seat of my car. I can understand that they needed in my trunk to fix my rear bumper. I can understand that they needed to remove some items to clearly access what they needed to get to. However, I found that the contents of my trunk were just thrown into my back seat. Nothing returned to the trunk when done. No word to me about them needing to move some items. Just my stuff thrown from the trunk into the back seat and left there with no regard. If they even mentioned it before, I would have cleared it myself first. It seemed very disrespectful and unprofessional. I was very upset. Other than that, top notch service all the way around.
