Thank you for your superb customer service! We appreciated always being updated by texts, calls & pictures as the repairs were in the works. Martha was a fabulous CSR with her calls & updates & Austin Making certain our end result was satisfactory, offering to pick me up To come get my finished car... calling me with time Constraints making certain I could work out my schedule to pick up the finished Product ON THE DAY I was originally told the car would be completed The day I brought it in 3 weeks ago! Wonderful customer service! We are so satisfied! Thank you Caliber! Thank you also to your dedicated employees making certain we received top shelf service!

The repairs were excellent! It looked fantastic. The only issue was that of engine repairs. I’ve had to return my car twice to address a check engine light related to the damage that they were supposed to address. So just a bit inconvenient.

Everyone was so nice and helpful. I’m always taken care of and given priority. Caesar was particularly helpful and patient. He did more than what was asked or required. All of the receptionists were so nice and helpful and down to earth. I believe the name of the one whom I dealt with the most was Malia, but not sure. But in any case, top notch customer service.

My window rolls up slow and the welding job is horrible. Also after 2 months of waiting received my vehicle with greased hand prints all over my seats.
