If the color matches in 3-4'weeks then 10, if not we'll see how the mismatched paint issue is resolved, that will say a lot about the companies integrity. Again the paint job first repair was exact, this repair, same bumper appears to be lighter/mismatched.

Only giving a 6 for because the bumper paint color is not exactly the same as the car. We had a similar accident on the same bumper 3-5 months ago and the new bumper paint matched exactly. This time the bumper is noticably lighter, the service person said the difference in color is d/t the clear coat and the color should match in 3-4 weeks. I'm wondering why the last time they fixed it the color was a perfect match right out of the shop and didn't need 3-4 weeks to change to to match. I don't like to complain and maybe it's to early to tell but I just don't want to be blown off if in few weeks if the color still doesn't match. The service was excellent A+.

My blinkers do not work in the front end of my car. One light is completely out and one is on but doesn’t blink. You guys are closed weekends so I will be calling first thing Monday morning to get it fixed.

I would say a perfect 10 for if you are getting work done through insurance but if you're paying out of pocket it is a little more expensive and I would like. The quality is great though so you do get what you pay for at least.
