There was a part of the lens cover on the back lights that was not fixed so I took it back and the gentleman said that he could get it repaired and will reach out to my insurance. Apparently it was overlooked everybody because it looked fine until I got home and I opened the door and it was wiggly so once that’s fixed I’m gonna be 100% happy with it

Great communication- often and precise! Very helpful explanation of damages and repair procedures. Extremely considerate staff who discussed repair times and ensured rental car pick up and delivery were scheduled. Spoke directly to insurance and rental company and took that burden off of us!
