My insurance company contacted Caliber over the weekend and I was able to bring my car into the shop the following Monday morning and the technicians were able to accept my car immediately into the shop to begin repair. Thus, I was able to get a rental and get on the highway for a planned out of town trip. The shop keep me informed on the status and upon my return from out of town trip, I was able to go by the shop for an in-person briefing. The repairs look good.
