The customer service I received from Mike, Melanie and Lukas was Four Seasons-level, far beyond my expectations. They made an otherwise aggravating situation (getting rear-ended by a reckless driver) one of the greatest customer service experiences of my life. I was so impressed with the team at Loomis Caliber Collision. Mike was so knowledgeable, professional, and friendly that I completely trusted him with my car. He really went the extra mile to keep me in the loop at all times. Melanie, the manager, was friendly and helpful as well as highly professional. I was given a ride home by another kind professional, so the whole experience with the team was a pleasure. I would recommend them to anyone. The Loomis, CA team was very impressive from my estimate with Mike to picking my car up sooner than I expected. Professional, knowledgeable, and friendly, Mike and the manager Melanie made what I expected to be an unpleasant experience the opposite. Caliber collision in Loomis was absolutely excellent in repairing my damaged Cadillac Escalade IQ. After an accidental collision, my rear bumper, tail light, and quarter panel was significantly damaged with warping of the quarter panel. I was extremely concerned that the repairs could not be done to restore the vehicle to its original (new) condition. After taking my vehicle to Caliber Collision in Folsom, I was redirected to the Loomis location for their EV specialty services. Once my vehicle was transferred, I was kept updated on the status of the repair constantly. Special shout out to Melanie and Mike for ensuring my repairs went smoothly. Mike explained the entire process from start to finish, sent pictures of the repair, and gave me a clear timeline for completion. They also coordinated all of the logistics with my insurance GEICO and Enterprise for my rental, taking the hassle out of the repairs entirely. When my vehicle was finally delivered the repairs looked stellar! The scratches, dents, and paint chips were completely gone. The paint color for the quarter panel was an exact match. Essentially it was a complete restoration. There were only a few minor issues I noticed including loose washers/screws in the rear under shield, a loose quarter panel divider under the rear window and a few small scratches on the front trunk hood. Mike and Melanie have already set a follow up appointment to address these issues so I feel confident that it will all be taken care of. Overall very pleased with the work as this was no small feat to accomplish for a very high end, specialized vehicle.

The general manager Melanie and her entire staff went above and beyond to help us get our vehicle back on the road quickly after the insurance company dragged their feet approving our claim. I cannot emphasize enough how courteous, professional and helpful they are! I would absolutely recommend the Loomis Caliber Collision location above all other local competitors. I am very happy!
