My Experience

The first representative that I spoke to was very professional, transparent, detailed and helpful. I experienced some micro aggressions with the adjuster from the Antelope location, but once my vehicle got to Loomis location and she called it made me feel much better. I knew my vehicle was in the right hands. As the work progressed, Mike was phenomenal. Super transparent and communicative. He called with updates and kept the online portal up to date as well. They offered to drop my vehicle off at my job and took the rental car back which was super helpful! They did great work you can even tell my truck was hit.
