For some reason, I did not receive text messages from Caliber Collision, despite your rep thinking I did. Once I got him to realize that his text messages were not coming through, he was very accommodating and gave me updates on my vehicle status via phone calls along the way. Once finished, upon getting the vehicle home, I noticed a defect in the paint (a run) on the tailgate. I immediately called in to report this. Your manager (Brandon) arranged to have someone drive to my home the following business day, pick up the truck, repair the defect, and then return my vehicle to me that same day. So, with a minor clerical and workmanship issue along the way, Caliber did the right thing in the end and gained another very satisfied customer. It was refreshing to not only see them stand behind their work, but to make sure correcting their error did not inconvenience their customer. Thanks Caliber, for a job well done!

Mike and his team did an excellent job on the repairs and kept us informed on the progress of them. Hopefully won't need them again but if I do they would be my number one choice. I really appreciated the turn key service with Enterprise also.
