Due to being misled by the insurance company and the rental company I was charged in excess of $700 for the rental, this large amount was in large part due to multiple delays in the one week estimated completion time that ended up taking nearly 3 weeks.

When I pulled up infront of Caliber with my rental car to pick up my repaired truck, I had to wait at the front counter for approximately 2 minutes before someone noticed I was waiting even though an employee standing outside talking on a phone saw me pull up and walk into their place of business. Once I was waited on the customer service was great.
