I had a great experience from beginning to end, especially coming in with three little girls and needing to deal with the stressful situation, from the receptionist, giving us paper to draw on so my little girls to could ne entertained for a little bit to getting my repair done so quickly, but also so professionally I couldn’t ask for anything better.

Staff were all very friendly and courteous. They repaired my car window the same day. They informed me that my insurance company was giving them issues because they used a new part that they could get the same day. Insurance wanted a used part that would have taken 3 days to arrive. It’s only a 70.00 difference. So ridiculous! Shame on you Geico. So sorry that the staff is having to deal with this. I appreciate their timely service and professionalism!

I have used several Caliber Collision locations and received stellar service at all of them. The only issue is that the locations close to home are booked up so I had to go to a location further away to get service in a reasonable timeframe.

From my first call i was impressed with the experience and confidence of this location. Mike and Melanie (?) As well as the young man who gave me a ride home were all personable and genuine. They were honest with the timeline and what to expect. They were experienced with my insurance (Nationwide). They went the extra mile and delivered my car back to me better than before the accident. They turned a difficult experience into a happy ending.
