I really fo appreciate Kelsey keeping me updated on everything that was going on with my car. From the damage parts coming in to them dissembling it all the way to them finishing the work. If I had any questions she was always there to answer them through text or call. The experience was amazing.

Though the process was lengthy, mostly due to the lack of interaction with the insurance company, Caliber was astonishly easy to work with. Caliber was great to work with!! Kept me updated on what was going on. Won’t ever deal with Mr. Tire because of the issues with them not doing their job right and almost causing us to be in an accident but Caliber got it straight for us!!
