Consistent communication, always available to text or call with updates on my car. From the moment the project was sent to them via my insurance provider, I was guided every step of the way. Kelsey was proactive in regularly checking in, even when there weren’t major updates, but just to let me know the timeline was still moving forward.

Caliber was great to work with!! Kept me updated on what was going on. Won’t ever deal with Mr. Tire because of the issues with them not doing their job right and almost causing us to be in an accident but Caliber got it straight for us!!

This company could not have been better. From the girl at the front desk, the one in charge of our car, or the outstanding team who worked on the vehicle, it was perfect service. They sent text updates every couple of days, letting us know the probable finish date. They actually finished a week early!! Unheard of!! Naturally, we hope we don't need collision repair in the future, but at the same time we will certainly be able to tell our friends, acquaintances, and anyone else who crosses our path needing body repair that Caliber Collision can't be beat!
