I had an absolutely amazing experience here, all thanks to Brittany!! She was so helpful, responsive, and very patient when there was a mixup in understanding. She resolved my little misunderstanding right away. My car came out looking incredible! I needed my entire front bumper, some grates/vents, and other things replaced and I swear my car looks brand new. My car looks so good I barely even recognized it. My car is only a couple years old to begin with, but apparently I had really gotten used to all the dead bug stains that were burnt onto my front bumper so when it got replaced, it was like my car became several shades whiter lol. My entire car was very sparkly afterwards! Overall, would absolutely recommend Caliber and definitely Brittany!!!!

Brittany provided an excellent customer service experience. She was always happy to provide us with an update on the repair process whenever we asked. She even went out of her way to make extra calls regarding a part that was backordered and found a seller that had it in stock, speeding up the repair process significantly! We truly cannot recommend Caliber Collision and their customer service enough.
