Went to go pick up jeep and there was a nail in the tire and tire was at 20 psi, warning lights all over the dash. I advised caliber prior to driving off in the vehicle. Was advised to go 1/2 block and take care of the flat myself. Tire shop removed tire for inspection and said the tire was driven at high speed while flat and the tire was destroyed. He scooped a handful of sidewall dust out of the tire to show me. I had the tire shop call Caliber to see if they wanted to handle it. They said manager wasn't available. I text caliber and they said a mgr would call me back on Tues after the long weekend. No call. While I can deal with this stuff and knew to limp the jeep over to the tire shop for repair, I think what could of happened if my wife picked up the car full of kids and was told to go get it fix herself. Huge safety concern... Let alone no help/concern from caliber to assist.
