Upon arrival we were greeted by the receptionist who was very nice and helpful. We were greeted by Tony soon after and assured our repairs would be done quickly and to our satisfaction. Tony updated us through the whole process and went over and beyond our expectations. The Madera shop is top notch, professional, kind and goes above what is expected. I pray it's not needed, but if it ever is we'll definitely bring our business back to Caliber Collision on Central Ave in Madera.

I was so impressed by the job done I was100 percent happy with what i saw i couldn't find no flaws in anything I looked at body work paint job am 65 year old this was the first time I let the insurance fix any thing i own but I want to give a special thanks to tony I had loss my phone the day I drop it off and found it two days later and I looked at the messages on my phone and Tony kept me well informed of the whole job thanks to the guys in the shop and every one there okay Caliber Collision Thanks Tony the best job I seen 100% satisfied
