Very considerate, and helpful during entire process. Robert was superb in all aspects. Very professional, explained each step that would occur. Gigi at front desk was helpful and friendly. The daily or every other day communication was totally unexpected, entertaining and excellent customer service. A great experience for an unplanned event.
