I would have highly recommended Caliber in the past because my last experience was great but not after this experience. This is going to cost us a lot of money to repair a vehicle that had no issues with it before bringing it to Caliber

We brought in our car with a dent on it and no mechanical issues. We received our car back with the wrong parts put in to it and all kinds of mechanical issues. I was told all work was guaranteed. They had a 3rd party mechanic look at it and blame it on a bad oil change we got from Valvoline 3 months ago and said the new issues were unrelated. They gave it an oil change with a new filter and gave it back to us saying if the issue happens again don’t take it to them. 3 days later, the issue happened again and now we are stuck with a car that doesn’t run and a finger pointing match. Bottom line, we gave Caliber a car that has never had mechanical issues since the day we bought it. It was with Caliber for close to a month and now it still doesn’t run. Caliber should stand by their word and should have given us our vehicle back fully operational with no issues.
