I wish I would’ve got a better explanation of why my safety backup sensors in the rear of my vehicle were not diagnosed and or repaired further. The topic was not brought up until I realized they weren’t working properly when leaving the lot and the answer I got was basically take it to a dealer. kind of a hard pill to swallow when you had my vehicle for over two weeks. I will get it to a dealer soon and get back with you if in fact, the repairs needed are related to the accident. Everything else is looking good and Holly and Doug were very pleasant and professional to work with.

I was hit in the back so we couldn’t see the damage inside. When we lower the two seats there are two pieces that normally fall as well to cover the seats. Now they are not. It must have been from the impact of getting hit.
