From the date of my first visit the end of June to begin inquiring about service for my car the Customer Service was excellent. The scheduling service was also very professional and courteous. This was on the 4th July weekend. The adjuster at Caliber Collision was very professional and courteous on July 14th when I left my car for service.

They never check to see if the air was fixed so when I got my car back it still wasn’t working. I had to bring my car back and wait another day to get it back. There was a huge dent/chunk taking out of my front passenger fender that WAS NOT there when I dropped it off and they wouldn’t fix it claiming it was already there when I dropped it off. I had a terrible experience

70 miles of Gas was draining from my tank with out proper reason, pieces are missing from the front of my vehicle, and it was never properly cleaned apon pickup yall or lowkey lucky I wanted my car back so bad or we would have had a bigger problem
