They tried to keep us up to date on the progress of the repairs. However, some of the progress reports were incorrect. I had no idea this job would take over a month and then still need further repair. I was given a rental car until this repair was completely finished. As of now, I need to return the vehicle after Thanksgiving to repair what had been fixed previously. The manager has been very kind but I am getting very discouraged by the progress on this repair. after Thanksgiving, I need to return this vehicle to the shop

I’m happy with all the repairs and received my call a couple days before the expected repair day I was told a month. Staff was friendly and gave me updates. Only issue is I’ve had a new problem I never faced arrive which is the engine takes an extra second to turn over and sounds like it’s struggling to start up which was never a problem before I brought it in. So wanna get that checked out.
