I understand waiting for parts, but it took over a month to fix a bumper and whatever inside pieces needed fixed so I needed the rental car longer. However, they said they would reimburse me for the rental so we will see on that. Also, my car broke down a day and a half later after I picked it up from them, so we'll see on that as well.

Great workmanship with my vehicle. Great communication! The center was very pleasant and genuinely cared about me and my vehicle. Appearance of the entrance and customer waiting area were clean and comfortable. All personnel were courteous, friendly, knowledgeable, welcoming.
