The amazing customer service begins with Verenice from the front desk, she was extremely sweet and kind through phone and in person. Since the moment i got there, she offered me water to cool down and popcorn, she then guided me through the process while i waited for Annette. Annette was also super charismatic and joyful, i noticed her very unique charm since the moment she walked out the office. The whole staff had a very polite and positive attitude with each other that made me feel at home with how joyful and welcoming they were. In terms of the car repair, LITERALLY AMAZING!!! Annette was very quick and direct with the estimates and guided me through the process very quickly and clearly. What i truly loved about the service was how i kept getting daily updates about my car status. I never had an experience with a business like this, genuinely top tier. The best part about this, my car looked and felt like new within a week. I’m literally so amazed about the results and how caring the team was with my car. If i could rate my experience with Caliber Collisions Merced, I would sincerely give it a 100/10. The whole team went above and beyond. This is great customer service!!
