I had an excellent experience with Caliber. From start to finish, they were professional, honest, and easy to work with. The staff kept me updated throughout the repair process and made sure I understood what was being done. When I picked up my car, it looked brand new the paint matched perfectly, the bodywork was flawless. The turnaround was great. What really stood out was their customer service. Everyone I interacted with was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about making sure I was satisfied.

Due to finding the seatbelt in the backseat does not rewind after they fixed the dog on back there I’m gonna have to call Merced and take it back and see if we can fix that for me but other than that everything is fantastic great marvelous they did good all the way until today when I found the loose seatbelt that won’t rewind Which I’ve got to get a hold of them and let them know. Thank you.
